NX License Error: Cannot connect to license server system.

Hi everybody

I just installed NX 8.5 on my Mac. I'm using since several years NX 7.5 on Windows via BootCamp. Just when i try to open the Programm the following error message appears:

NX License Error:  Cannot connect to license server system.
The server(lmgrd) has not been started yet, or UGS_LICENSE_SERVER is set to the wrong port@host. [ -15 ]
I double checked if the server is right or not. Do you see a possibility to get rid of this error?
Thx a lot!!

Did you change the servername in your license file? it should read;
SERVER "yourcomputername" ANY 28000
did you use LMtools to check if the server is actually running?

You can use LM tools ( start menu - NX - NX licensing tool ) to enquire the status of your license server. When installing NX you should point to 28000@"your computer name"
